Welcome to FeSquared where iron sharpens iron. I am the founder Raymond Washington. I am a father of two,  Franklin (son) and  Tylar (daughter). 

Some years ago, a good friend and I started taking Father’s Day trips to treat ourselves to a well deserved break from all the hats dads wear. Over the years I learned, it takes a father to help a father. FeSquared was created to provide virtual and physical spaces for fathers to connect, share, learn, and grow.
